Previous user of the My Shred-it Self-Service Hub?
The new My Shred-it Customer Portal is a powerful upgrade to our previous service, with many new features and benefits, like on-line service scheduling and easy bill payment. However, to access the new site and benefit from all its features, you will need to re-register your account with the new portal. 
Upcoming MyShred-it Portal Enhancements
New user registration is currently unavailable due to the upcoming launch of our enhanced customer portal in July. You will receive an email with details of this upcoming change. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Payments and scheduling changes can be made by calling (800) 697 - 4733
IMPORTANT - Customers utilizing Autopay will need to re-enroll in the upcoming portal for continuation of payment processing beginning in July due to launch of our enhanced customer portal. Details for easy registration and re-enrollment will be emailed to you.  If you are enrolled in AutoPay and chose to have your account debited at the end of the month of July your invoice will not be paid via AutoPay.  Please pay July invoices via check or on the new MyShredit.com.
